Erm. What can I say? This is probably not what OP wanted, but I hope it will be entertaining to read while we wait for someone actually talented write a fill.
Warning: There’s an India OC, lots of fragmented sentences - I claim artistic license, but tell me if it gets too annoying - and while I tried to make a few historical references here and there, this wont be a good source for your history test. Just saying. Don’t kill me, I tried.

9.
When Maya opens the door, her face is serious and tired and a little older than he remembered, but she looks happy. Undeniably happy.
“Arthur.”
“India.”
She smiles, a little guarded. Arthur thinks they’re almost the same height now, and why does all his children end up taller than him?
“India,” he says again “I'm sorry.”
The words float like light, like air, like perfume. His throat hurts but he needs to keep talking, or he’ll lose the courage.
“You have no reason to believe me, I know. Still. You said you were wiser than I gave you credit for, remember? Remember saying that?”
She nods. It’s a very small gesture, and she takes an even smaller step in his direction. She looks right at his eyes, and he thinks she won’t laugh, I can say it and she won’t laugh.
“And... if you are so wise, maybe you’ll know that I loved you. That I do love you

I just wanted to say, anon, this was damn beautiful. ♥♥ It was everything this anon wanted, and then some more. Like I said, I'm extremely fond of England/India, and the way you portrayed Arthur's relationships with everyone else was nothing sort of gorgeous. Thank you for filling this, really. :)

I'm truly touched by this. When Maya told him that she missed him I got all choked up and then ending it with laughter and kisses between Arthur and Alfred just took my breath away. And I don't even like US/UK.
I especially loved France's comforting. I love him because he's harsh and honest and eloquent. You showed that beautifully.

Didn't England just get Hong Kong back? Still got one on the leash so to speak? Though the party is still definitely over.

This is just breaking my heart. Oh Arthur. Yes, you make it so difficult to love you at times. ♥
