So...I've made really rough scanlations of the holiday strips on the official site so far.

I'm sure the translation isn't the best, but hopefully not too horrible...
I just wanted to let people know the basic gist of these adorable strips while they're still fresh :)
I didn't really know what Finland meant about the tax thing, so I made up a translation--but would anyone happen to know the real meaning?
Thanks everyone who answered, I guess it refers to welfare money. However, I still don't get what "あその人たち" means...
