I'm very sorry for the delay! Between being lazy, sick, and lethargic, I've gotten behind on many things and am now working on catching up. But this isn't interesting, so let's get on with the contest information.

I was stressing that it's important to adhere to the word lengths, so trying to pass a 300 words drabble for a oneshot would be, for example, a no-no. But, essentially, you could see it as free length as you can write for either. Barring the word limit entirely seemed a bit restrictive.

Yes, anyone and everyone is welcome! Mm, I suppose collaborations are all right, as long as everything gets worked out between you and the partner.

Can we submit things we've had up before, or does it have to be newly written for this?

I'll say that you can, although it's highly recommended that you write a new piece for this. Furthermore, past entries on the community (the weekly submissions) can't be submitted.

Are there prompt entries? I was possibly interested in the "cultural exchange" one, but I couldn't find a prompt with the tag. ^^;

The tags are the prompts, actually! Take that one for example; week 009: cultural exchange means on the ninth week, the prompt was "cultural exchange."
