He automatically ran to the jungle gym when they always met. He was sure Francis would be there already since he wasn't in the class when he woke up. And Gilbert would be with them soon! God, the playground was so much fun. Maybe they could pick on the Austrian guy today too, heee...
They could pick on Arthur too... but Antonio secretly felt bad for him. He didn't seem to have any friends whatsoever and he was always talking with their imaginary friends... but something told him that cuteness wouldn't last forever and he would regret if he was friendly with him, and so, he just did what his friends did.
He waved at Francis with the biggest grin

"C'mon, hurry up," he told his Spanish friend. When Antonio was beside him at the top of the jungle gym, Francis took a moment to look around the playground. He liked to think of the playground as their territory, which they ruled over fairly. And there were the bad guys. The tyrants, who wanted to claim the playground as their own...People like Arthur. Oh, yes, Francis was onto him. The English boy was plotting something, Francis knew it.
"Nnng, when's Gilbert gonna be here? He's taking too long."

But that Austrian kid..Gilbert pouted as he neared the jungle gym. That dumb kid with his glasses and weird hair kept giving him weird looks all morning! So what if Gilbert was covering his hands in white paste, letting them dry, peeling off the weird skin-like layer it turned into, and pegging the wadded up grayish stuff at his head when he wasn't looking? He didn't have to keep looking at him all..all weird like that! And now that dumb kid was hiding somewhere!
That was why Gilbert was late today. As soon as the bell rang, Roderich took off with the undersized German on his trail. But the school had so ( ... )
