Any nations you like, as ordinary humans, who get hold of the mysterious "soy sauce". Horrifying monsters, gruesome battles, conspiracy theories, terrible music, and worse puns abound.

Bonus if they have a band which pulls the same stupid gimmick John's band had at the beginning (won't spoil the funny, go read the book).
Second bonus; they start listening to a song with an upbeat tune and horribly gruesome lyrics and think the demon-things have got into it, as they warp songs into threats. Then whoever put the song on points out that it's a Decemberists song and those are the real lyrics ^_^ (Doesn't have to be Decemberists, they were just the first ones that came to mind when I thought "upbeat tune, horrible lyrics".)

According to Douglas Adams, the word "Belgium" is so obscene that its use is banned in every part of the galaxy except on Earth, where they don't know what it means. Interplanetary contact is made (in a version of HHGTTG where Earth wasn't destroyed, possibly), and this causes big communication problems.

Any/Any One Sided Love

Nation A has been in love with Nation B for a while. Unfortunately, Nation A has already been rejected by Nation B and has agreed to just being friends. Nation A handles it well until Nation B starts dating Nation C, another friend of Nation A. Nation A is absolutely crushed, but only wishes for Nation B to happy, so Nation A just grins and bears it.

A!Anon can take it from there. Whether Nation A ends up with Nation B or someone else comes along or whatever, I want to see the struggle Nation A goes through and ultimately coming out happy. Take me on an emotional roller coaster anon!

You can go with whatever pairing, setting, or gender you feel like. I'm pretty open minded about most pairings.

Wow A!A the writing is beautiful and vivid and heartbreaking, I can't wait to read more and to find out who the characters are as i've probably guessed them all totally wrong hahah.

But the good news about my timing is that I got this on birthday!

And what a wonderful present it is! You write so beautifully, and the story is already so heartbreaking. I can't wait for more!
