It's All About YOU
Name or Nickname: Stephanie (Stephy to my best friends and family). ♥
Gender: Doctor says female.
What do you LOVE?: Mango smoothies, reading about butt secks, sleeping, my polar bear and panda plushies, reading, Jon Stewart, sexual innuendos, satire, Korean boy bands, rainy weather, traveling, strawberries, Rock en Español, cake frosting, eyeliner, and cardigans.
And what do you HATE?: Dairy products, unbearable heat (anything over 70°F - I'm from SoCal so I ache), sparkly vampires, caffeine, long lines, large crowds, sunburn, gravity, sea food, conservative social policies, and getting no sleep.
Strengths: I tend to be cautious and analytic when faced with a new, or trying, situation. I try to make sure that both myself and my friends won't end up in trouble, or in jail, because of a badly thought out plan. When the time calls for it, I'm a good listener. And even though it's difficult for me to be to be affectionate and offer both physical and verbal comfort, I make sure to always have a shoulder to lean on. I'm really open to meeting new people and learning about new cultures and languages. And though it may not seem like it, I can be motherly (when people aren't around) - I'm good at taking care of infants and young children. Also, when I become good friends with someone, I usually can't stop talking. If I start to tease you, and eventually become really blunt and a tad vulgar, it means that I really like you, trust you and appreciate you as a person. And, uh, I...am having a hard time trying to express what my strengths are. Whatever they may be. Ahahahaha. Oh, God, the grammar in this is horrible. *head desk*
Weaknesses: Sadly, this is the easy part. :'D
I'm passive-aggressive. I can get extremely snarky and sarcastic. I worry too much. I'm too quiet and I stutter/mumble incoherently when speaking in front of more than two people. When speaking to someone, even if they're a close friend, I have trouble making eye contact because I feel uneasy. I'm generally forgotten by people. I mean, my opinion is usually ignored. And if not, it's nodded at, considered, and then dropped. I can't speak Spanish well and the older relatives in my family (and my best friend) make fun of me because I'm Mexican-American and should know more than just Spanglish. I think that I have a mean, bored, and/or stoic look on my face most of the time. I also blush easily. Also, something must be epically epic for me to spazz and become overly excited over for more than five minutes. And lastly, I'm usually good at keeping my inner-turmoil (a.k.a. my inner, forever angst-ridden thirteen year old self) in check, but after a while, it only takes something seemingly insignificant to get me rolling. Or, if I'm not venting and raving and crying my eyes out, I'm just a dead weight on the couch watching bad cartoons with a dazed and melancholic look in my face. While drinking lemonade. And wishing I had man pr0nz to cheer me up. /end rant
Hobbies: I read porn in my spare time. I formulate plans for world domination through passive-aggressive means. And when I'm not being abused by the UC system, I'm a liberal, tree hugging, universal health care pining, pro-immigration rights wanting, bisexual commie who lurks around online. Oh, I also pretend I'm a misunderstood photographer and take random photos. I also doodle (usually girls with til ol' bitties and fey men). I hoard novels and manga. I play solitaire for about three hours each day...and I tend to only win once or twice during the allotted time. My other hobbies include sleeping, reading porn, procrastinating, window shopping, reading porn, listening to music (usually in Spanish, English and Korean), and...perfecting my imitation, white valley girl accent of awesome. Like, totally~
Favorite Color: The whole damn rainbow, bb.
What is your favorite food?: Mexican food like whoa. Along with some Italian, Greek, Persian, and Thai food. I also like pho and ramen. Fruits and baked goods are also made of win.
Favorite Country (without taking Hetalia into consideration): I'd say Mexico, but that's because of an ethnic bias. I'd also say Canada, but that's a financial bias (GIVE ME UR HEALTH CARE). So, I'd have to say Italy because my parents saved up money to send me to Italy and Greece on a week-long school trip during junior year as a reward for getting good grades. It was so amazing and beautiful and breath taking and so much more. And, I have to add that the lemon gelato I had in Naples rocked my pants to the core. Naples, Sorrento, Florence, Rome, Pompeii, Delphi, Athens, and oh gosh. TE AMO ITALIA! TU TAMBIEN, GRECIA! ♥
Mature or Childish?: I can be a little of both, if you can't tell. Though I probably come off as mature, probably because I'm mute quiet most of the time.
Would you prefer to lead or follow?: I...follow. The spotlight makes me feel awkward, even though I wish both myself and my opinion weren't ignored. But it's okay. Whatever works. /sobs
Let's Talk HETALIA
Favorite Character and WHY: Between my top three characters (Canada, S. Korea, and Sweden), I'd have to go with Canada! Not just because he's cute, but because I adore his passive-aggressive, shy, and snarky personality. And he's such a big sweetie! I want to hug him! And...lock him in my closet and stare at him with a crazed look in my eyes and a creepy smile on my lips. OH HAI RUSSIA.
Is there a certain strip that really sticks out for you?: Anything with Canada, Korea or Sweden makes my heart pitter patter.
Hamburgers or Tea OR MAPLE SYRUP?: I LIKE MAPLE SYRUP WITH MY SCRAMBLED EGGS. /moron
Who dresses the best in the series? ♥: I actually like Russia's uniform. It's sexy. Though Sweden, and the Nordics, also have a killer style.
America/Alfred wants to watch a scary movie! Which one would you pick?: dsajfbdsfbs;sdfdsIHATEHORRORMOVIES. I'm a big wuss, but, uh, I heard 'The Orphanage' was good? :'D
How about a favorite ship/couple?: US/Canada like no tomorrow. ♥
AND A LITTLE MORE~
Do you believe in spirits or ghosts?: Yes. And I do not lie when I say that my house has actually been blessed (twice) due to odd occurrences. I'M A BELIEVER. :'|
You're at war! Do you take the enemy head-on with full force or lay back and take time to tactically move your forces?: I'd try and take my time. I think.
You have to be transported to a deserted island! Oh no! You're allowed to take three items; what are these items?: O NOES! Uhm, uhm! I'd...take food (YUMMY YUMMY COMIDA), sunscreen because the sun hates me, and a way to get the hell out of there.
Please describe how you look or share a picture if you have one: ...sure.
HERE'S MY SO-CALLED EMO, MYSPACE-ESQUE PICTURE OF OLD.
Any final words?: I LIKE BIG BUTTS AND I CANNOT LIE, THEM OTHER BROTHERS CAN'T DENY - /shot
