Introverted or Extroverted?: I'm probably more introverted. I'm shy with other people my own age, but I'm pretty talkative with adults. In public with my friends I have no problem making a loud, annoying idiot of myself, so I can be pretty outgoing in my comfort zone.
Rational or Emotional?: I try to think rationally, but I am a very emotional person. XD
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Mm, optimistic, I think, but I try to keep a level of pessimism that keeps me grounded and doesn't set me up for disappointment. So I guess I'm a bit of a realist.
Dominant or Submissive?: I'm neither. I'm definitely not dominant in that I order people around or anything, but nor am I submissive-- I absolutely don't let people walk all over me. I like to keep other people happy, and I always do what I can to ensure it, but nor do I like to make myself unhappy. I'm probably just hung up on the wording here. XD I'm fairly laid-back and easygoing, but I take control when necessary.
Large Groups or Small Groups?: Small groups. You can't really talk to anyone in a large group... it just gets unnecessary.
Cautious or Impulsive?: Cautious. I'm always way too scared of getting in trouble. I do sometimes speak before I think, though.
Pet Peeves: People who just don't use their brains and spout ignorance, people who cheat on distance and sets during swim practice, people who are really full of themselves and try to get everyone to like them

Which traits would you want in a partner?: I want someone who can make me laugh. Someone easygoing and carefree, but who's also highly intelligent and knows when to be serious. I want to be able to laugh and make fools of ourselves but also to be able to sit down and have intelligent conversations and know when to be serious.
Which traits wouldn't you want in a partner?: Ignorance. For god's sake, use your brain. Laziness is also never a good thing.
Dominant or submissive?: Can we word this differently, please? XD I'd prefer someone with a more dominant personality, I guess-- someone confident and sure-- but also someone who's not high-maintenance and has to do everything his own way.

Romantic or like a 'best friend'? I believe that romantic love is the deepest kind of friendship with the bonus of lust. Relationships cannot be founded on lust alone, but you can love a person without lust. You need both love and lust to carry on a relationship, because "best friend" love brings trust and permanence, but lust brings romance.
Would you rather have a fast-paced relationship, or take things slowly?: I'd rather take things slowly, get to know the other person and see how we interact.
An ideal date?: I like doing something fun and spontaneous, but it can be anything from a dinner and a movie to an amusement park to walking around a mall making fun of all the products in the stores, forcing the other to try on random horrible outfits (yes, I have done this before. XD)
