It's All About YOU
Name or Nickname: my real name would be Mikaela
Gender: girl, though a lot of people question it xD
What do you LOVE?: Cats, pasta, reading, writing, music (Oasis and Regina Spektor especially), anime and manga, pets and animals in general, when it's raining but not humid, LOST, being with my friends when they're all getting along.
And what do you HATE?: When my friends don't get along, when I have to lead something or be in charge/in front of everyone, loud unexpected noises, when people laugh at their own jokes.
Strengths:Um. I'm a good reader and writer, I'm good with animals, I don't get lonely when I'm alone, when I'm with people I'm comfortable with I can really let loose, I make funny jokes sometimes, I don't hog the spotlight, I give other people a turn.. yeah that's all I got.
Weaknesses: I'm a bit of a pushover, and when I do fight back my voice won't go up any louder (seriously, when I try to yell it's like Canada's yelling xD), I don't take charge, it's very difficult for me to make friends, I'm extremely quiet except for an occasional wisecrack, and I find myself altogether annoying. Like seriously, when I look at myself and how I am, I know I wouldn't be friends with me. Except that I can't figure out how to change without changing myself and who I am. Heh, that made no sense. THE POINT IS IT'S A WEAKNESS
Hobbies: Reading, writing, martial arts, listening to music, playing the violin, making AMVs and icons.
Favorite Color: Black and purple, then red.
What is your favorite food?: Pasta. I have it every single night, not kidding. Since I was in second grade, every night for dinner it's pasta. We think the reason I like it so much is because when my grandfather was in WW2, all they had to eat was pasta for some period of time (according to some old letters we found from him to my grandmother). So yeah.
Favorite Country (without taking Hetalia into consideration): Ummm.. I was really into England because of my Doctor Who/Torchwood/BBCA in general obsession, and Italy because of pasta and the Godfather, Japan for obvious reasons, and Poland because my dad's family is in Slovakia, which is right next to Poland and my dad went to that area to visit his long lost realatives and so I like Poland xD
Mature or Childish?: When I was a kid I was waaaaay mature, and now that I'm older and I need to be mature is when I feel like being childish. I feel like my whole childhood was wasted on being too shy and trying to impress people with how grown up I was.
Would you prefer to lead or follow?: Follow no doubt. I HATE leading anyone. If anything goes wrong, it's always the leader's fault, plus you have to like.. direct people. It's just a no-no for me.
Let's Talk HETALIA
Favorite Character and WHY: When I first entered the fandom, the first character that grabbed me was Lovino. I can relate to him because of his inferiority issues with Feliciano because both my older and younger sisters are much more accomplished than me in terms of stuff that impresses family. Plus we both swear a lot xD. I also like Poland, because of my love of the country and he's just fabulous, plus Sweden, because on the Hetalia wiki it says "Though he appears to be intimidating and difficult to understand, he is actually very playful deep down," which I think is totally me because people think I'm like really scary and weird because I tend to be a little morbid sometimes, but if you're my friend I'm, like it says, 'playful' ^^. But yeah, I'm really quite attached to Lovi because he was the first character I genuinely liked, without having anyone else's opinions about him to think about.
Is there a certain strip that really sticks out for you?: I really love the Valentine's Day one where Germany and Italy are on their date <3
Hamburgers or Tea OR MAPLE SYRUP?: Tea, I'm a vegetarian (and I've never had a hamburger in my life, if you can believe it) and maple syrup makes my teeth hurt (sorry Mattie!).
Who dresses the best in the series? ♥: YOU'RE MAKING ME CHOOSE?? Why Greece of course, that blue t-shirt is so hot Ummm well I do like Austria's style, but Switzerland's hat cannot be beat.
America/Alfred wants to watch a scary movie! Which one would you pick?: The Shining, I love the cheesy scariness ^^ or something from Universal Monsters, I can totally see America screaming at the Creature from the Black Lagoon xD
How about a favorite ship/couple?: SuFin!!! And LietxPol. But Sweden and Finland are so freakin awesome.

Do you believe in spirits or ghosts?: Yeah, I do. It's hard to explain, but the founder of my martial arts dojo was in the Vietnam war and sometimes he talks about the spirits he encountered, and what Sifu says goes.
You're at war! Do you take the enemy head-on with full force or lay back and take time to tactically move your forces?: I would be in a control room directing my troops foward, figuring out a plan as the battle unfolded.
You have to be transported to a deserted island! Oh no! You're allowed to take three items; what are these items?: Um. A computer, a wall with a working outlet and somehow connected to internet service, my iPod. AND THE COMPUTER HAS SPEAKERS
Please describe how you look or share a picture if you have one: I don't want to post a picture because I'm too ugly I don't have a picture, but I'm 5'7, longish dark brown hair that's curly (but I wish it was straight), brown eyes, big rectangular glasses, chubby cheeks (not those cheeks, perv) that people say are cute but I don't think so, a little round in the middle but I can pass as skinny if I suck in.
Any final words?: It's 2:00 in the morning. I spent a freaking hour and a half on this so people had better put some thought into their responses. Also, I want lemonade.
