Honestly, I think I would say Greece. You seem like a fun, open person (who loves cute things like cats), but you don't seem blisteringly, off-the-wall crazy enthusiastic for every little thing, nor do you seem particularly reserved. You strike me as reliable, straightforward and comfortable.

I'm going with Japan, not because he's your favorite but your likes/dislikes and personality strongly remind me of him. I mean anime/manga, video games, cats, internet, cute things, you hate rudeness, disrespect, large crowds, stress, conflict. It all seems very Japan-like to me. Your weakness and strengths as well. So yeah, sticking with Japan.
