I'd say Spain - I can see him taking relationships slowly, as you said you preferred, and he's generally cheerful and smiley; and I'm positive he'd make a great siesta buddy, and be able to put up with dependency and your "tendency to bullshit my way through anything that involves effort"<-(thinking of S. Italy here |'D Spain puts up with him, so~) aaand he speaks a romantic language. :'D And is... romantic and passionate, which is spot on according to your romantic/best friend answer.
