I was getting both Switzerland and Japan vibes from this, but I ultimately have to go with Japan. Why? Anti-social, hikkikomori, dakimakura that you would bring with you to a desert island, disliking rapid change, your answer to mature or childish made me think of Japan snarking at Korea, and of course your choices in food (delicious btw)

I already told you last night that I saw a little bit of Germany in you but, in the end, I am also going to have to go with Japan. Although he may not share your explosive temper, you're both very calm and collected albeit somewhat shy and anti-social. He also strikes me as the kind of person who dislikes rapid change.

Going to have to say Japan. Your emphasis on family values, and general dislike of people who don't follow the rules (etiquette and otherwise) calls to mind traditional Japanese values of respect, honor, and loyalty. Not to mention all that food!

Yeah, I hate to jump on the bandwagon here, but Japan for sure. Almost everything fits Japan to a t.
