Nah, he hasn't appeared in any strips. He was on the world map, and Himaruya even had notes for him, so...

...I think as soon as Himaruya reads up on African nations, we might get some strips with him. (hopes most of the African nations are female to go with headcanon)

Ehh, some of the ones that became French colonies might be male too...given Francis' habits. :p Still debating if some countries like Ethiopia should be male or female...women's traditional clothing is much nicer than the male's IMO.

African history might be depressing and depressingly complicated at some points, but so long as he doesn't go too deep into it it should be fine. (Like, for example, show the Second Abyssinian War that occurred in the prelude to WWII and the occupation that ended when Italy surrendered to the Allies--have Italy interact with Ethiopia during the first uprising led by the emperor-in-exile :O! Plus, he can show the uselessness of the league of nations in comedic Hetalian fashion! Ideas, I have them! )

My head canon is that most of the African nations are female (and from Gakuen Hetalia, that seems to be right. Most of the African nations are female in that). This would make the whole "Europe fighting over who gets to own what part of Africa" more hilarious in my head. Ethiopia has to be female. XD Why else would Italy have tried so damn hard (which wasn't very funny with how they did it) to take over Ethiopia.

But yeah. France...Morocco can go either way. Along with other North African nations.

Oh yes. Useless League of Nations was useless. Himaruya, get on this.
