I've been wanting to do this outfit forever, even before Himaruya-san drew it. And when ACParadise decided to hold a cosplay contest for the Hetalia release, I knew what I wanted to do. So I got to work and made this beautiful creation that I am so proud of. I hope you all enjoy it too! <3
