Daifuku Mochi. First attempt. First piece.

Ingredients~ sweet rice flour, azuki beans, sugar.

RESULTS:
1 sticky mess. lololol

I was trying to cut corners. Looks like it's impossible with these. Guess I will just have to powder the rest of the dough pieces like there's no tomorrow!

Oh but I did get better. You just powder the hell out of it. I can make quite passable daifuku now and I'm quite pleased with it. Only Christy doesn't really like them to begin with, so I've no one to share them with.

Hm. Well, sadly mochi aren't really my thing either, they tend to upset my stomach quite a bit. But then, I'm not even there to begin with. ^^;
