...we both need to fix this tendency to not sleep enough. I keep meaning to, and then something comes up.

Eheh, yeah, that seems to be the story of my life too. ^^;
It's more than not sleeping enough, though. The thing that seems to hit me hardest is the sometimes sleeping in the morning, then the afternoon, then the worst is me sleeping at night on my days off, during the time of night I'd usually be working. That really screws me over. (Even if I do get enough sleep on that screwed up schedual, it still puts me in a bad place.)

But so far I'm doing well. It's been nearly a week, I'm sleeping in the morning when I should. I've had to sleep even when I wanted to be awake, and stay awake when I desperately felt like sleeping (gaming helps with that though XD ). So far so good..

Oh I hear ya there. I've managed to ruin my schedule one day into my holidays just because I had no reason to go to bed at a decent time. So within a day I was on US time, going to sleep at daybreak and sleeping until the afternoon. Didn't make for being terribly productive. And of course I somehow had to get back on my usual schedule after.

Ah, yeah. Nothing productive ever seems to come from it, huh. You're usually so groggy you don't feel like doing much. ^^;
