Still, there was a knowledge, something, no, more, a few somethings; all the many friends she had made, all the things she had done at home, that kept her rooted, that kept her from following the guide in the dream

Ah... hello and a Merry Christmas to you, Dizzy-san. [She bows her head in formal Japanese greeting]

[He'd woken up late on Christmas Day (well, noon), for one because being excited to wake up on Christmas Day wasn't really something he'd experienced the same as everyone else, growing up with Sol; and for another because he'd been taking advantage of the break from school. Finally rushing out of his house late, Sin tried visiting Dizzy's house directly. When that proved fruitless, this was the next place he thought to look, and the singing he could hear from just outside proved his intuition correct.]

[One hand hiding something behind his back, he peeks inside to make sure he wasn't interrupting services.]

[Sin seems perfectly okay with that, patiently waiting and listening to her sing from just inside the doorway to the chapel where he fumbles with his own newly discovered Christmas present, and hers. When the song finishes, he slips inside, waiting by the very back of the rows of pews, meandering slowly to the front via the side aisles.]

[He waits for Dizzy to notice him, glancing nervously at the drones who were present for Christmas Day mass. He knew his parents attended, but he never really had, that he could recall.]
