 Last night I read the documentation that came with the Proactive kit... it said to use a white towel to pat your face dry after using the solution as one of the ingredients could bleach a towel or clothing

i am a mary kay girl... i love their timewise stuff :)
i work with a girl who is a clinique rep, and she loves it, but i haven't tried it myself... i hope the proactive people give you some kind of compensation... at least they'd better re-imburse your shipping!!

The Proactive will refund my money, there was no shipping as they have a kiosk set up at a major mall here... I just have to drive across the city to get to that mall. Oh well... lesson learned ;O
