Washer update....

The repair lady called me last Sunday night. She was re-scheduling my appointment to look at my washer... but then she started to tell me how the vomiting and diarrhea were actually side effects of the medication she is on. She wasn't sure at first whether it was the flu.... blah blah blah.... now she is on medication to help alleviate the side

Do you mean dark splotches that look sort of like oil? I get those ALL the time and I got them in every washer I have ever used. I throw some stain remover on them and run them through again and they are fine.
It's annoying but I never thought it was my washer.

yes, they look SORT OF like oil... weren't there prior to wash... tried stain remover... it didn't work!!!

I have googled the problem and it seems that this is VERY common and that Whirlpool insists it isn't the machine?! However... I would get the odd garment with my previous set... usually in a spot that quite possibly COULD have been a splash or spill while being worn. These splotches are different... more like a darker spot but not really oily?!?! So strange!!!!

wierd. Yeah mine aren't normally there before either but they do come out with my stain remover. I'm using amway kick ass stain remover though. Maybe that is why? I have a whirpool too though... hmmm... eeenteresting...
