I agree with Richard, and if you wish to join us at the gathering of Fridays, please feel free, it's a chill out session (where i'm now practically banned from speaking about work!) where we look at radom things on the net, smoke too much and teapot has started to make an appearence.

Right, firstly, I don't know you very well, so although I'll try to be helpful, please forgive me if I'm a bit chocolate teapot (useless).
Firstly, from your description it sounds like your life is going pretty well, so if you're feeling miserable with no apparent reason, or with insufficient reason, then, yes, it sounds to me like depression.
One of the most frustrating things about suffering depression is feeling like shite when we know we should be fine, but I'm glad to hear you've got plenty of people to talk to.
The easiest way to get over the feelings of depression is to go and do something. Even something trivial or daft like posting on here will do.
