[She stretches her legs under the table and crosses her legs, letting her feet rest against what is either his leg or is part of the table.]

Let's see... You could say Me cago en tu puta madre, which is "I shit on your whore mother" in Spanish. Those guys really like to add shit to insults. Milk too, for some reason.
