[Private to Bruce Banner]
Still think I'm cute, Doc? I grew out of the tantrum-throwing stage so you can rest easier or whatevs.
[Private to House]
Giving a little girl candy, playing dress up, and then taking pictures to send to your friends? Wow. What a first impression, Doctor.

[She smirks.... and ... feels really, incredibly, insanely bad right now.]
Soooo. Still a teen, huh?

No, I got some insane experimental plastic surgery. This is just my face now.

How's your... situation? You all zen and peaceful?

And yeah, I'm doing better. [Did she even realize he was on the verge of trouble?] How about you? Adjusting to your sudden growth spurt okay?

[She kind of figured after the fact that the kids ganging up on him probably wasn't so good for his heart rate.]
Yeaaaaaaah, other than the part where I woke up to my sweater trying to suffocate me. It's nice to be the right size again. And Loki can actually sleep-- ... mostly. [Smiiiiirk.]

[Oh, right. They're together sort of, aren't they? It was cuter when she was six and drew out the "o" on the love. Now he's thinking about them... not.. sleeping.]
Yeah, I'm glad Tony aged up enough but not too much so we can not sleep too. These hormones are killin' me, Smalls.

['Sort of' being the key words here. She still loved him like woah, but Loki was sort of together with whoever the hell he wanted to be with.
And then he had to go and bring up Tony and it felt like a stab to the heart. The hell was she doing?]
First of all, can't believe you just slipped a Sandlot reference in there. Please tell me you've seen the Mighty Ducks because that is one of my fave movies of all time. Secondly? ... We should hang out. Or something. When you're not busy.

Theater? We could see if there's The Mighty Ducks or some other movie classic and ignore it to talk instead. Also that sounds like a fun couch-stealing shenanigan. We could take one out of the SHIELD meeting room.
[Sorry, Phil. Bruce is a teenage REBEL.]

... Clearly the couch would have to be cleaned on a regular basis if she was going to visit.]
Theater works. It's hella close. Then couch stealing. That would be a great first move as a potential SHIELD candidate. I apparently got a job offer. It pays to play dress up with the higher-ups.
... Ask Clint about the wizard hat sometime.
Meet you there?

Wizard hat, will do. [Except probably not because maybe Clint wants to kill him. Not really, Bruce doesn't think he does, but he'd been scared for five minutes.]
Be there soon.
[It's closer for Kenzi than it is for Bruce, but he's there in just a few minutes, his hands in his pockets.]

She sits up when she sees Bruce, grinning like a dork.]
Oh. My. God. You are so CUTE! I thought everything was just extra cute because of my six year old eyes but holy hell, BB! Look at you!
[So adorable. Augh, now she feels worse.]

[He's flustered by her reaction though and a little shy as he sits next to her, hands folding together in his lap.]
The more I stay like this, the less I feel like my adult self. It really can stop any time now.

[Small her is way braver than big her apparently. Her smile turns sympathetic and she reaches over to wrap her arms around him. Huuuuuug.]
It probably won't last much longer. Looks like it's wearing off of everybody nowish.
