Remember that crackplot? Yeah, Finrod is still 'Fred.' Fred has, at least, managed to get his hands on some bandages, a crutch, and maybe a bottle of painkillers, so he's now able to hobble around under his own power without too much pain. He probably shouldn't be walking on it at all, but he's stubborn and he wanted another look at the mansion

There is someone usually in the library though she doesn't speak much. Even if she's curious, Terisa won't ask anything. But if he wants books, she's always hovering nearby.
