There are few people that the knock could be right now, and none are unwelcome. He slides the sword back into the sheathe and lowers it, not looking back toward the door. "Enter, it isn't locked."

"It's only me." He closes the door behind him and just stands looking at Finrod a moment. "I came to see if there is anything you need."

"Edrahil." He gives him a slightly wan but genuine smile and sets the sheathed sword on the desk. There's lots of things he needs, but none that he thinks are in reach. "I don't think there is," he says quietly, "but thank you."
