Aw, Pratt loves you. Sort of. My mom swears I've lost weight since being in Boston. Aren't you taller than me? I thought I was around 5'8" or 5'9". Bikes are definitely the preferred mode of transportation. I don't use mine as often as you seem to (because I live really close to school and don't go out much) but it's fucking handy and I love just riding around. I've got this down jacket that keeps me so warm that I can wear nothing but a t-shirt under it and still sweat like crazy after a good trip. I think it's silly to have fixed gear and single speed bikes, but then what do I know about bicycles. I've got flat bars, haven't changed my brakes or my seat. The seat maybe could use a change, it's a bit stiff. I'm thinking about getting a rear fender for wet weather. I'm not sure if I would want a different handle bar configuration or not.

You probably wouldn't want to get drop bars, seeing as yours...is it not a road bike? I thought it wasn't...

How cold is it in Boston? It's usually in the 30s around here, not too bad for biking. I got some sort jacket that repels wind and water, so I just wear another jacket under it and it's good to go. GHETTO.
Good seats are good. Biking in the rain sucks for your chain DONT DO IT.

"Fresman Fifteen" or something like that. Whatevs. According to weatherbug it's 42 here right now, which is warm as shit for what it should be. Quite pleasant. And yeah, I need to WD-40 my chain before it rusts away. Ghetto is good. Cost efficient to the max. xxxx. x.
