For those keeping score at home, we just got back from the doctor and Leighann's blood pressure seems to be no better. After discussion with the doctor, it was decided that we will head to the hospital tonight (at 11pm, so that they can charge us for today, in addition to tomorrow) and she will be given the injections to induce labor
