Bush doesn't regret attacking another country first unprovoked at all not as a means of last resport, he is a true-believer in the American value of liberty and is striving towards his Utopian vision.
that is what bothers me... he is black and white about it, one-track-minded, he ignores or maybe doesn't believe the negative consiquences of his actions, and becacuse of this he doesn't allow the thought that maybe there are better ways!
This is why I can't understand why Bush makes such a huge deal over Kerry changing his mind with respect to Iraq. The situation changed. The information became less obscure. If I were in Kerry's position, I'd change my mind as well. Correction, I wouldn't 'change' my mind, I'd modify my beliefs to fit the new situation. A politician who remains stubborn and obstinate is just a hinderence to the people he's attempting to govern.
Forgive the crappy post, I'm at my friend's friend's grandma's russian apartment in Brooklyn after just consuming a massive amount of bubble tea.
