Honestly, setting up a row of detainment cells is something we're going to have to get on with, sooner or later.

I'm not a big fan of strikeouts on my journals. Was there something you needed to say to me?

It's perhaps something better suited to another time, Captain.

But I will certainly get started on that project. I understand the need for such facilities, considering what this city seems to throw at us.

Frankly, I'm not a very good mindhealer. There's a possiblility I can excise the constructed persona, but it's not a sure bet. And there is always the possibility that I may end up injuring his mind further. Additionally, I would need both Ianto's cooperation and a guard, because I would need to go into fairly deep meditative trance.

Well, a guard would be a requirement, no matter what avenue we took. Restraints too, probably.

At the moment, our options are you, requesting help from Elashte, asking a Time Lord in London to come back and lend a hand, or me going in with both hands and a psych profile. What's your assessment of the risks?

Frankly, I'm not very comfortable doing it myself. I could probably tell you more if I was able to see Ianto myself for a bit.

Without any firsthand knowledge of the situation, I can only tell you that I think Elashte would probably be a good choice if we had to ask for help. I'm not entirely certain of the strengths and limitations of the various demonic subtypes, but if he's survived long enough to become a Neqa'el then I would think that he would be competent.

Elashte is perfectly competent. It's just that the last time something like this happened

{{OOC: Cue a line of text which has been THOROUGHLY blocked out.}}

We ran into complications the last time something like this came out, and I'm not sure how eager he'll be to jump in with both feet again.

I suppose there's no harm in asking, though.
