Man... May Lee fought that like a champ, even if she didn't win.

What's the good word on her? I haven't checked in; didn't wanna disturb her or the doctors, y'know.

If she's awake, I'm thinking some of us go see her and give her some well-wishes. You know, cheer her up and all. Who's with me?

terry is everyone's friend, you're always a winner

She said hello to me, but I don't really know her, so...

Pass on good wishes from Yozak?

Sure, but I don't think she'd mind seeing another friendly face.

Perhaps. I wouldn't want to barge in if she's not up for visitors, though.

I missed the chance to watch the fight. Was it rough?

Pretty brutal. That Dio guy pulls no punches. I'm sure you can find highlights here and there.

Ahh, I understand your good intentions, but...

Well, let me start over. I'm Shanks, and I fought Dio-san in the first round. I only got a little roughed up during our match before I gave in; for me, it was all in good fun, the two of us being pretty evenly matched, but May Lee was kind enough to take my loss seriously. She promised to avenge me, even! It made me feel really good to hear her conviction...

To her, this was a very serious match. Not just for me, but clearly, in her quest to conquer evil. Please, I only ask that you don't coddle her. Be a friend, but don't 'cheer her up'.

Yeah, I saw video of your fight, Shanks.

I know how serious the kid was about the fight; she was just as serious years ago, when we were in KoF together. It comes with the dobok, so to speak; if you ever met her teacher, you'd see it's contagious.

While I just think that the fight's a fight by itself, I know a lot of people have more riding on it than that. But letting her feel bad about losing won't help her at all. She's an impressionable one, so she needs all the positive re-enforcement she can get.

It's good to know she's got people around here that care about her, though.

No, no, it wouldn't do at all to simply let her stew over it. I only hope that nobody tries to 'make her feel' better, as if she actually failed at something. Let's just help her get back on those feet of her's, eh?~

Was she seriously injured? I might do some check up on her.

Well, she's coming around, but if you're a doctor or healing-type, you might want to take a look all the same. Couldn't hurt.

I'm a full-time doctor and just got here. Certainly I managed a lot of patients before, it will probably takes two days till a week for fully recover, depends on the patient's injury.

It's better I meet up with her and confirm her health statement. Maybe I could join with you?
