The other night we went to see Born Ruffians and it was so very good!! They are so cute and the music is fun and catchy and there were even people dancing. That's nice to see because for a while I was going to show and everyone stood still and then sort of swayed when they got overstimulated. Next week we are going to see Tigercity and I can't wait ( Read more... )

so, tigercity. i found them. i listened to them.

holly? if you like them, i'm happy for you. personally, i thought it sounded like hall and oates had a baby with scissor sisters and the baby did the soundtrack for an episode of "moonlighting"... ;)

but like i said, if you like them, all the more power to you.

I like 'em! They're like everything that was ever good about John Hughes movies, y'know? Thanks! *mad cuddles*

My 16 year old sister wants me to make her a cloak. It reminds me of my friend Catie who makes fun of Ren Faire societies by shouting, finger in the air, "Once a year we meet!" But yes, cloaks are mad hot. :)

Haha this one is so silly, it is obviously a costume. I kind of want to (eventually) be one of those distinguished old erudite women who have season tickets to the local Shakespeare company and can carry off a nice winter cloak. It's so much classier than becoming the kind of old woman that runs in my family - wearing a housedress & watching soaps while hooked up to a portable oxygen tank.

Ours always end up in wheelchairs staring off into space! I do crosswords to combat it. And invent complicated math problems while I drive. Take that, potentially hereditary neural diseases!
