A pleasant surprise

I just finished Douglas Coupland's "The Gum Thief" aaannnnnnddd......I really liked it! Thank you, Doug. I had almost lost faith in you. Now I want to go back and reread Shampoo Planet for nostalgia's sake.

Also, I did not know that there is a jPod TV series - as I do not live in Canada and why would I know. Huh.

I had heard that during the writer's strike, one of the networks was going to show jPod. But then the strike ended and we got American Gladiators instead.

To watch the show outside Canada, unfortunately you cannot use www.cbc.ca/jpod which only works in Canada. Either try BitTorrent, or itunes perhaps, or maybe you'll have to wait until it arrives on TheWB.com...

Hi. I am too lazy to blog on my own page, can I just pirate yours?. I am just picked up When You are Engulfed in Flames by David Sedaris. It's the only thing I can read right now, with my short attention span. Also, Trailer Parks boys is my favorite Canadian show. They need to do a channel up here like BBC for Canadian shows.
In conclusion, I am leaving for Oshkosh, WI tomorrow, but to you it will feel like I am only in Millville. Don't worry, I will be back in a week.
