I don't know if this will actually post because my livejournal decided it doesn't want to work right, but oh well. I'd write this all down in some kind of hard copy private journal, but hey, typing's quicker and cleaner, and past experience has taught me that people who are supposed to keep secrets talk anyway. Try not to fix all your problems at once, it only makes them seem all the more huge. Focus on one thing and then baby step your way through it. When putting my life back together I would always ask the question "does this make me truly happy" and used that as anchor point while sorting through problems. I don't mean giddy haha happy, more like an inner peace happy. And for the problems that may be unfixable, like other people, you just have to build a wall and refuse to let the actions of others dictate your happyness. Good luck.
