Man oh man oh man. So, I’m back in Asheville, as of one week ago, and half-jazzed about summer classes. Only half- because biology is really horrendous and tedious, etcetera etcetera, and because I have to leave way too soon. p.s. - nuva ring? how's that going? I think I'm getting one tomorrow! I would go back on the pill, except I'm actually going to need it for it's designed purpose this time around and I never could remember to take it at the same time everyday... and the patch/shots scare me. :\

Maybe-deal. I don't know, I just want to hack it all off, all the time! But if I can resist it, then I will.

NuvaRing is iffy, for me. I might go off of it. It really fucked me up - I threw up every day for the first two weeks I was on it, and cried for at least three hours a day. It happened again this month, when I put it in. I'm still throwing up at least three times a week. If it does it next time, I'm giving up, because pregnancy scares beat the hell out of this stuff - at least then, I got to get all fancy to go buy my EPTs, and I wasn't sick all the time. But my cramps were a lot less painful when I did bleed, so that was a major plus. Also, the ring is just really cute and kind of fun, I think, and it just hangs out up in there, and it's nice, not having to remember anything. Just be careful, is all I'm sayin'. Keep a diary of the effects, maybe, because, like any birth control, the side effects can be really killer.

Maybe all Madonna videos are my favorite, except for "American Pie", which just can't be. ♥

You know, I'd never specifically tried to imagine you listening to Delilah, but now that I have, it does seem completely improbable.

Still, I think Delilah's one of the most well-intentioned people out there, even if some of her song choices are mighty questionable. I can't help it - I love the bitch. She sealed it one night by playing "Lady in Red", "I Will Always Love You", and Michael Buble's version of "Save the Last Dance For Me" all in a row, inspiring just about every emotional reaction I've got in me. Luckily, not too many people witnessed this moment.

Will e-mail you back as soon as I'm done with my biology exam. Hope the World Cup is proceeding the way you want it to - I'm only catching odd bits of news about it, currently, being without a computer and a television. Yikes. ♥
