Ryan's gonna be on Switched! :O I think he'll be on Sunday's episode, according to abcfamily.com's schedule, but they always mess up.
As for your shirts and skirt, you need to take a picture and get in on your computer. You have a digital camera, right? So, use that, and upload the picture to some host that lets you direct-link, like villagephotos.com and then to post it, you do the whole < img src="imagename.gif [or .jpg or .png or.. whatever the extension is]" > without any spaces.
