I realised I currently have a bass amp and no bass and it may stay that way for quite a while so if you would like to borrow it, you're very welcome to.

Awww you are too good to me! I wouldn't mind having a look at it. I can give you the cloak back now! I saw Inland Empire: definately worth a look but it's not easy or particularly compelling. There are some great scenes though.

And she recognised your name first time. She's looking forward to singing with you. I might just have to come up to check that out!

I wasn't too sure about seeing Inland Empire, however I loved it - I found it completely absorbing from beginning to end - a sort of hypnotic vision. I can never remember my dreams, so I'm glad my Lynch does so for me.

Fantastic! I love bringing people together randomly. So were you impressed with her live routine? I think she's a wee gem, and absolutely hilarious no? Her emails always have me laughing out-loud. Where can you see her playing in Glasgow? I have a few suggestions. Hannah and I are going to bake a unicorn cake for her and there will probably be a flat-gathering: naturally you are most welcome. She said that you had "good energy". How are the Glaswegians going to react to her?? More to the point, are we going to just be too boring for her? And she wants me to sing with her?? Haahaa well I might play the uke.

I'm glad someone found Inland Empire absorbing! How great is Laura Dern as a whore? But I'm far too tired to discuss that film right now!

Anyway, you must tell me all about San Francisco when you get the chance. Enjoy!
