Lately I've been thinking a lot about karma and ethical choices. Perhaps a little too much. At the same time, it's something that bears watching. I find myself wondering fairly often if karma isn't just another way to express the concept of cause and effect, but with less emphasis on physics and more emphasis on the human experience.

When I was just a little kid, I had a series of nightmares, basically I would be åt my grandparents house (where we live now) playing with a ball, but on the other side of the fence is another house, one I haven't seen before (in the waking world) when the ball rolls into the yard of †he other house, I chase it, and a blonde girl dressed in white comes toward me, and I wake up just before she catches me.
The experience itself was years later, I was reading the citations section in a book of "scary stories" and one of them listed an incident that supposedly took place in Crane, Missouri in which a boy chases his ball into a witches yard, the daughters catches him, drags him into her mother and they drink his blood together.
It could just be coincidence, or some other rational explanation, but I çannot for the life of me think what it IS.
