2009 Resolution

I could write about my resolutions for the new year, which of course include the losing of weight, the quitting of bad habits, exercising more, rising earlier, studying harder, et cetera - or I could write about my primary resolution for 2009 from which all the rest flow.  This year I want to cut back on (or eliminate!) my fear habit.  We all have ( Read more... )

I think it was Douglas Adams ro Scott Adams, don't exactly remember, whoever was the creator of Dilbert . . . (I know google can help me remember) . . . used to write down his life goals every morning by hand in a notebook. As he acheived a goal he added a new one, and over time, he almost always acheived the goal.

Wow, that's an excellent idea! What a good way to stay on top of the goal setting and achieving process. If I didn't lack so much discipline, I'd be on this like ugly on a meth addict. Perhaps writing down goals is part of that 10 minutes every day?

could be, yeah. I keep thinking it is something I want to try . . . I even have a blank spiffy looking notebook to try it in . . . but procrastination is a bugaboo
