I did read all of it! &hearts I'm glad the crowd loves them though. I can't believe that the korean wave has spread so quickly though. Most of my friends either know about "Nobody" or "Gee". I'm not such a big fan of Jonas Brothers and Jordin Sparks (I still dislike her for that virginity ring issue. but I do agree that she can sing) but the crowd seems to be really awesome. ;D And yay for Nick telling about Diabetes? 8DDD

I didn't know Yeesun could speak english. :D I was under the impression that only certain members from SNSD and Steph from CSJH were fluent. LOL :D but that aside, omg SO LUCKY OF YOU &hearts I'm not even a big fan and I'm jealous. I love how genuine they sound. Like that little talk with the shirt? Gooodness~ &hearts I can see why you're in shock too. I mean I would be as well. 8DDD and LOL they're the same height as me too! (LOL I always get teased for being short. And then I would need to tell myself that Koda Kumi and Ayuyu's shorter than me. LOL

I don't follow celebs' lives, so I have no idea what the virginity ring is about! :o

And yeah, most of them can speak pretty decent English, but Yeeun's and Yoobin's is the best!

AH, that I must show you. &hearts :) It's this event at last year's oscars. Man, maybe I read it the wrong way but I thought it was really immature of her to say something like that. And idk, there were so many not so nice stuff that were said about Jordin while on American Idol. Some said she didn't come of as being very genuine. I thought she was trying to pull off a cute image on the show, and she didn't quite deserve to win the crown that year because there was someone who was clearly better vocally. One of the most boring seasons of AI ever. LOL

I heard that at some venues they also sang "Tell Me" in English, but they only did "Nobody" for us! D: I did buy their single off of iTunes already, though. :)

And I'm glad you enjoyed it!

How exciting!!! I'm debating whether I should go and see them but 1) tickets are expensive and 2) the Jonas Brothers. I doubt I'll ever enjoy their music. Haha.

English-speaking netizens are so quick to point out their accents and complain. A part of me thinks that's just the "netizens" being protective. Critical because they want them to do well, you know?

Yeah, it really depends on how much you want to see WG and if you can stand Jobros. LOL.

I understand if they're being protective, but when will they stop being critical? Their English is not going to be perfect, and waiting until it is will be a huge delay. I think of it as them getting really good practice in front of an audience at an early stage.

Aaaaah I'm so jealous ;_______; The concert that was closest to me was one of the ones they weren't going to, and my friend and I were really bummed about it. I'm really happy for you that you got to meet them!

And the fact that no one (at least no one around you, hopefully no one in the audience!) complained about their English makes me really happy. I've been thinking of writing a paper about all these Asian artists trying to break into the English-language market, and that was one of the things I was gonna talk about.

Aaaah I'm so happy for them. I do kinda feel like one of those elitsts that wants to keep all these Asian artists to myself, but I really want to see at least one of them succeed.

Really? I thought JYP said they were going on all the US & Canada tour dates. O_O

Yeah, I'm really glad for that. I mean, maybe some people might've said it, but no one around me did. And I was seriously cringing, waiting for someone to. LOL.

I do too. Sometimes I feel a little selfish that way, but then I think if that's really what the artist wants, I will support them. They're working hard toward it.

It was right before they joined the tour. The one in Idaho was like, 6 hours away? I think they joined in Portland, but that's 12 hours, and that's too far for like, one song and to say hi :(

See, I feel the same way. Like, I want to keep them to myself cos I like knowing artists others don't but then I'm like, they want to succeed here, and it would be really nice if they did, especially since they put all that work into it, so I'm trying to let go of my selfishness and cheer them on ♥
