Damn. I'm so sorry, love. Things just keep getting worse. Fuck, I don't even know what to say. So this asshole gets off scott-free? That's complete bullshit. You can SO fight that in court. even if you dont win, it's worth a fight.

You're all in all of my thoughts and prayers. I'm glad he's finally home and doing better. Make sure to give him a big hug for me. And let me know when it'll be okay to go see him...I figure close friends and family are the best thing for him right now.
