I finally meet up with Shaun with the Mortage Company yesterday and locked in my interest rate. 5.875% wasn't too bad for a 60 day. The house needs to be finished at least by Decemeber 12th. The builder is saying November 15th though, so thats even better. I took my Dad with me like I usually do. He is one of my favorite people and really smart too
