Someone's eyeballs must be worn out!

Sitemeter shows me that over the past few days, someone has read my entire blog.  Dayum, that'salotta reading!  Three-plus years of my mindless twitness gone through in just a few days.  I wonder if this mystery reader will reveal him/herself.  After (s)he gets new eyeballs, that is.

Weekends are going by much too quickly these days.  It was ( Read more... )

Kevin is too funny! I would have had to pull over myself on that one. Glad the family friend is ok! Good luck with all the company. When we lived in FL my neighbor told me we should just hang a hotel sign on our door....we had company alllll the time. Talk to you soon...WWWAAAHHHHHH Marcus leaves in 21 more days...wwwaaahhhhhhh.

21 days? Oh crap, I need to get on the stick with his gift! It might be too late - when will you have an address for him at basic training? I could wait until he gets there and then send it (or would that be unwise...hmmmm).

It takes about a week to 10 days to get here....I don't have an address for him there yet...you can just send it here and we will make sure he gets it.

I'm not sure what he can have sent to him there yet....It may just be letters. You can send it here and if it isn't here before he leaves we will get it to him after basic. I don't know when we will get an address.....hopefully right after he gets there.

those would be my eyeballs anonymous July 23 2008, 05:07:09 UTC
I promise I'm not a crazy stalker, just a new-ish mom (11 week old) in Oregon, originally from IL who spends a LOT of time at the computer while nursing and pumping and supplemental feeding. Like 1/3 or more of my day...A gal's gotta do something!
I liked your story and style a lot more than a lot of other blogs, but I had to get the "back story" first. I think you remind me of people from home, plus some of the Girl Scout volunteers I work with.
Thanks for the entertainment! (I loved the 80's song quiz and sang some of the songs to the baby, which made her burst into smiles, probably laughing at my off-key singing)
Enough ramblings!!

Ohhh fellow former Illinois-an! Boy oh boy do I remember those days. For most of the day either a baby or a pump was attached to me - sometimes both (Kev on Lefty, pump on Righty). I too spent many o'hour reading stuff on the computer while NAK (nursing at keyboard) LOL

Congratulations on your new wee one! And thanks for providing an answer to the mystery. I wasn't worried or thinking "eek, stalker!" or anything - I've gone back and read others' blogs from the beginning too.

Thanks for the compliments, and I'm glad I'm able to provide you with some entertainment whilst you feed the babe. :-)

LOL I was gonna say.. it wasn't me! It's still on my to-do list to get the back story, but this summer has had me so busy, I haven't been on here too much lately! Once the girls get back to school (OMG can't believe that is in like.. 2 weeks) I should have more "me" time :-) ~ Carrie

I can't believe it's almost time for them to go back to school either. Kev was there for one week of the summer program - I wanted to give him as much of a break from school/home time as possible. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the work we've done over the summer with handling frustration will make this a smoother school year. :g:
