Sorry Peoples.  Stuff goin' on.

Found out Sunday that Mom was scheduled to have stents placed in an artery Tuesday.  The procedure failed, so Mom's been scheduled for a double bypass to take place next Friday, October 3.  I'm heading down tonight after work to spend the weekend with her, will be there for the surgery, and then will be down there

I'll pray for safety as you travel. I'll pray for a quick recovery for Da Momma. I'll pray for the Dr. to have steady hands.
I know this is a scary time, been there with a parent. IM or e-mail anytime.

I was wondering what was going on but didn't want to pry.. my mom has had 2 stents placed and is now going in on october 1st for an abliation (sp?) to deal with scar tissue..

wish i lived closer, id help you with the kid and lend you my laptop..

My heart goes out to your family. Your Mom seems like a pretty tough cookie; like daughter like mother.
