Ummm I don't think I'd be much help, but here are some ideas I can think of...

2. Ms. Piggy and Kermit the Frog
3. He can rent a zoot suit and you can wear one of those feathers in your hair...like those old time gangsters...(that was what me and my date dressed up as for my Jr. prom)
4. Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgers
5. You can be a female vampire and he can dress up as a werewolf (like Underworld)
