Everytime I go out and hear live music, I always think to myself how BADLY I wanna do that. I want to get up and play! Do some improv...tear it up. :-) It'd be so much fun. And the same goes even for the non-jazz stuff. I'll hear clarinet in a commercial or in the background music to a movie and think "hey I could so do that ( Read more... )

So here's the story... Brian Mazzerella moved out to California at the end of July to persue his comedy career. He was telling me that before he went out there, he already had an interview setup with a producer to create a television show (Just like in Seinfield). He's already done a few shows out there and even got his head shots done.

Now remember in high school, I had the whole voice thing? Well, he said that he alwayws wanted to make a cartoon of me and the voice. So I told him that if he ever does, my royalty check better have Bryan spelt with a Y lol.

It's good that you are having those feelings after CCSU pretty much killed any music interest you had. Taking some time away may really do you some good after all the crap you had to go through. I hope that works out for you I think after working at ESPN for a few months you'll have a better idea of if music is you passion or not. Right now I would say you might be a little too burnt out. Hope all is good! Call me soon we should go out!
