Well the New Year has begun and I've already got a major migraine dealing with insurances / patients (If you go to see your doctor or go to the pharmacy for meds, do yourself and the staff a favor and bring your new insurance card. If you have not received one yet now would be the time to ask your employer "where is it?" not when your coughing,
