Here's my suggestion for a vote winner -

"Every citizen shall have the right, without redress, to leave their house with a sled hammer and pulverise the living crap out of any car that wakes them up at 4am with it's faulty alarm two nights running"

Gods, that would be good. There can't be a person in the country who'd disagree with that.

I stand by my "Banning kiddie buggies from city centres before 12noon on Saturdays so those of us without sprogs can enjoy wandering around the shops without being pinned to the wall by a double buggy and glare from the parental unit weilding it" Suprisingly even the local UKIP candidate couldn't get behind this simple proposal!
