... I can finally sleep now.

May John Paul II rest in infinite peace, and may the Lord bless us with an equally great Pope.

I only hope to accomplish a very small fraction of what John Paul II did for the world. Even if you don't see him as a religious leader, you cannot deny his incredible works to make the world a better place.

It's weird... I'm in anything but denial. I just feel like the world lost one of its greatest people.

However, nothing lasts forever, and I know that John Paul II was ready to leave this world for the next, and that's a comforting thought.

Actually, it happened on my way to work, I find out now (I wouldn't have went in)....it explains why cars were stopped all over, I bet.

What really touches me, though, is that he either knew it was coming, or was asking for relief...he kept making the sign of the cross over himself until he passed.
