i hurt from the fall and lack of sleep....or is that my heart?

Here I am once again, nearly a month to the day since my last entry. And what provoked me to write tonight of all nights?...after a week of studying and too little sleep? I don't know. I'm not sure why...why I suddenly feel all jumbled up inside and why my heart hurts. I think that I am realizing that my feelings of certain friendships don't match
