Better late than never, eh?

I haven’t been able to update for a couple of weeks, unfortunately. First there was the stress of the holiday season, and then unfortunately just after Christmas, I found myself in the hospital with pregnancy complications. It was all a bit dramatic, and I was stuck in there for five whole days!

Dear Dexter,

Celebrating Christmas while 32+ weeks pregnant is jolly good fun, and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel very at peace. It is all thanks to you and your constant movements and loving prods.

For some reason, I’ve been REALLY craving potato soup lately. Obviously I put it down to the cold weather and piles of snow which surround us at the moment, but more than that, I think I just associate potato soup with my grandmother, and my grandmother I associate with Christmas, and tis the season…
