For those who care, I made it safely to Florida. The flights were luckily uneventful.. a little turbulence, and on my first flight I was seated next to a couple with a 4 month old baby, but the baby was nursed and slept the entire flight. Both flights were completely booked, no extra seats anywhere! I had a little dinner with my mom and brother
