Bollocks. Absolute bullshit.

As much as the kneejerk reaction I have to the idea of staff members of Tiso bringing you their overpriced shit kind of amuses me, I know if it were me, I'd feel angry and humiliated. Singled out for different treatment. Etc.

I do not believe they're compliant with the law. I just don't know what anyone can do to make them fix that. Contact a disability charity that has been targeting this issue, and maybe get them to respond too? I dunno.
